Rediscover this day! Google photos interrupted our chores with pictures revealing a memorable multi-day hike in Rondane, in Norway some years ago.
Nature is beautiful, even in rainy weather 🙂

It’s a long time since I have been in this dark part of the forest.
It really is an interesting experience to cycle through the darkness on a sunny day. This means that you have the forest to yourself – Well, almost 😉

Crows, strutting among bluebells and buttercups.
The skylark is dancing in the blue, singing absolutely wonderful. Otherwise everything is quiet in the scorching sun.
The deer are hiding in the shade.
It’s very hot, the jaunt is out of this world.

Rådvad Dam was a welcoming sight after a dusty bike ride. I was greeted with a light breeze and the swallows’ artificial flight. Rådvad Dam is a lovely part of the Mill River in Kongens Lyngby.

I had a lovely shift in the weather yesterday:
A grey sky is broken,
by a fresh wind.
The smell of brine, and dog rose.
A new poem begins,
one full of play and white horses.

Today I went for a bike ride. This view is in a short distance from my home.
A popular motif in my local area 🙂
The sun is doing its best and a fresh wind creates ripples on the smooth surface of the river.
It’s spring in spite of everything! Stay Safe, Stay Well Everyone!!!
…There is a crack in everything
That’s how the light gets in…
Anthem by Leonard Cohen
Everywhere, there are stories of helpfulness, unity and creativity.
There is light in the dark. There is a crack…
I’ll always remember this beautiful walk:
The wonderful light. The blue sky.
The church tower’s blue dial.
The sky in the sea. A communication in blue.
Joy bubbles. Overflows. Makes you invincible.
Hope fills the heart.

… I wield the flail of the lashing hail,
And whiten the green plains under,
And then again I dissolve it in rain,
And laugh as I pass in thunder.
The Cloud by Percy Bysshe Shelley
I took this picture of a hail storm over the sea yesterday.
Half an hour later we were soaked by fierce storms on our way home.
