This was just one of many hot days this summer.
We had enough of the warmth as many like-minded, so we agree to fled to the beach.
The beach is the only place to stay on such a day if you ask me.
When we arrived in Helsingor I noticed a little ship announcing a short trip around Kronborg.
Soon we sat with a beer and a soft drink enjoying the view to Kronborg.
Sailing is a proper way to spend the time too.

We went into the forest on a very hot day looking for shade.
No rain of significance for three and a half months. Most green areas are withered and yellow.
To my surprise we found pleasant coolness and green lushness.
A fresh breeze came in on top of Fruebjerg and gave impression of being close to the sea, although the sea is about twenty kilometers away.
Winter came late this year and with a few days of Spring, Summer came with a sustained heat never experienced before.
Walking in the shade along a lake is wonderful.
We went for a great walk along Furesøen in late May with a cooling breeze from the lake.
A few days later we did a walk along the lake one morning.
Greetings of good morning came from everywhere.
A very pleasant walk among happy people.
Sunshine does remarkable things for people’s mood 🙂
