“In October, a maple tree before your window lights up your room like a great lamp.
Even on cloudy days, its presence helps to dispel the gloom.”
~ John Burroughs

Fierce gusts made it difficult for me to keep my balance – on the ground 🤣
But some surfers had a tremendous play with waves.
Several were captured by the wind and hang for a moment what looked like 3 to 4 meters above the sea.

It was one of those days when I had to see the sky and the sea …

I had a lovely shift in the weather yesterday:
A grey sky is broken,
by a fresh wind.
The smell of brine, and dog rose.
A new poem begins,
one full of play and white horses.

I think my favourite path is a path leading to the fjord.

The smell of the sea and the sunlight playing in the waves.
White seabirds and ancient pines distorted by harsh weather.
An old murky house that immediately makes me think of smuggling raids and devious deals.
The old forest with shady winding paths, the moor and the burial mounds. A Paradise.
