My forests are now on the UNESCO World Heritage list

The par force hunting landscape in North Zealand is from today on UNESCO World Heritage list.

The pictures below are from my neighbourhood.

These pictures are from the oldest forest in Denmark, Gribskov.

You can have all the details about the nomination here on the link to Unesco: The Parforce Hunting landscape in North Zealand

I have to add a PS: It’s not really my forests but I have the great privilege to be able to walk there and greet the inhabitants ❤ 🙂

Happy walk and leave no trace behind except your footprint ❤

Elen sila lumenn’ omentielvo

Hjerteskærende skrig flængede skovens stilhed efterfulgt af uhyggelige brøl, der fik håret til at rejse sig. Der stank af orker!

Sometimes we take a long stroll trough a forest on our way out to do other things in daily life. It was on our way through the normally peaceful forest that we suddenly heard a sinister cruel roar. To tell you the truth we did became alarmed to a certain point until we discovered that there was a role play going on.

I choose to show the pictures to create a story; Orcs consultation, Hunting, Caught, Orcs, Elves meeting, Help is on the way…
