The Light by the Sea

Today is a cold rainy day in August. In fact, it could easily have been a day in November.
I was looking through my own pictures to match the light of Joaquín Sorolla’s wonderful paintings.
But I decided to deviate, with this summer image back in June 2015, where people were wearing overcoats.
Just like today 😀

    • I agree with that, Tanja. The possibility of finding coolness on hot summer days is completely essential and vital. I feel comfortable at temperatures below 25 C 🙂
      All the best,
      Hanna

    • Good to hear from you, Roger!
One can almost feel the heat from the sun, and hear the children’s laughter 🙂
Yes, these paintings are wonderful .
      All the best,
      Hanna

    • Hi there, Indah! Great to hear from you. The seascape never fail to impress. Love the light and colours in the paintings 🙂

    • Hi Ab. It is as if time ceases to exist by the sea.
As if the sea is the host and we are guests.
The sea determines the agenda 🙂
      All the best,
      Hanna
