Beautiful summer scenes! The shot with the butterfly is quite special!
Thanks, Hanna! & Take Care!!!
Thanks Resa, it was a very patient butterfly ❤ Usually they escape when I point my camera at them 👀😊
All the best,
Hanna
Hanna,
Just lovely. Summer is my favorite time of year.
I hope you are enjoying your beautiful, lush summer days, Hanna.
Best wishes,
Tanja
Thanks for you lovely greeting, Tanja. Nature is a stunner right now. I do appreciate to have the opportunity to cycle the trails under huge beautiful trees. Out on adventure 🙂
Stay safe!
All the best,
Hanna
Thank you, Hanna. Best wishes to you as well.
Gorgeous pictures!
Thank you, Anuscka!!
Great pictures. Any idea what that yellow flower is with the butterfly? (I tried unsuccessfully to identify it the other day).
Thanks Mike. In Latin the name is ”Tanacetum vulgare”. I’ve just learned 🙂
TANSY in English?
Stay sound and safe.
All the best,
Hanna
Ah yes, that name rings a bell now. I’ll re-check my Alpine Flora book to see how I missed it. Thanks. Stay safe too. 😊
It wasn’t in my book. It must be just a ‘normal’ flower and not specific to altitude. Thanks again. 😊
It is a normal flower, Mike 😉
For normal flowers I use Google ☺
Though I love beautiful reference works!!
I did try Google but “yellow alpine flower” brought up loads of photos, none of which looked anything like that one. (Maybe I shouldn’t have put alpine!)
I looked for yellow button flower. I think they look like buttons 🙄☺
I feel August on your pictures! It is still summer and nothing even remind of the fall, but the light, the sky, the plants, the air are different. The evenings and nights are cooler. The breath of autumn is in the air!
Thanks a lot for your comment, Alexander.
In Denmark, we have a heat wave, just as the children’s summer holiday ends. But autumn is soon approaching and I see it little by little on the leaves of the trees.
Stay safe!
All the best,
Hanna
Gorgeous x
Thanks Chrissie! These are my impressions from the last days with excursions and bike rides, but without cake 🙂
Hurray for summer being back! Lovely photos Hannah, especially that crowd of daisies 🥰
Thank you so much! It is truly a joy to see daisies scattered over an entire field.
All the best,
Hanna
