Today on the eighth of September, nature is celebrated in Denmark at a numerous of events.
Nature’s Day is The Danish Society for Nature Conservation and the Outdoor Council’s anniversary for nature experiences.
Keep close to Nature’s heart… and break clear away, once in a while, and climb a mountain or spend a week in the woods. Wash your spirit clean. ~ John Muir

I love to walk in the fields and the woods, along the shore and the swampy lowlands, wherever there is sun, wind, rain – let’s call it nature. So because we don’t have a specific Nature Day in the Netherlands I wish to declare every day nature day. 🙂
That’s a brilliant suggestion, Peter. It’s even better than just doing it once a year 😊
I like your “painting” effect, it’s a very pleasant scene, and especially appreciated, as we start to lose the green leaves.
Thanks a lot, Robert. I do appreciate that kind of landscape. It a wonderful feeling to be cycling on a path like this. Never grow tired to look at the ever changing nature.
Härlig bild för Naturens Dag!
Tusind tak, Leya. Det er mig en fornøjelse!!
Beautiful. Happy Nature Day!
Thanks a lot for that, Ancient Skies!
Beautiful landscapes.
Yes, we should celebrate nature every day.
What a great statement, Rabirius! I does celebrate nature every day but sometimes I forget to tell how important nature is to me. Thanks!
I enjoyed reading your post! Thanks for sharing!
