Isblomster og runde fugle

Jeg vågnede med isblomster på min rude. Fuglene sad kuglerunde i årets første sne.

      Hanna

    • Thanks a lot, Crystal. It’s my favourite too 🙂 It was a thrill to let the first morning light lit up the ice crystals without a glimpse of the source ❤
      All the best,
      Hanna

      Hanna

  3. Brrrrrrrrrrrr! Such a wonderfully evocative scene you have captured. Beautiful pictures! Here in N.I. hardly any snow except on the tops of hills. No minus centigrade here……….not yet anyway! Happy holiday!

    • Hi there Ash 🙂 Yesterday was very cold but today the temperature fluctuate around the freezing point with no wind. We enjoyed the sun and the snow walking among beautiful old oaks ❤
      Happy holiday to you too,
      Hanna

      • I must learn to take my camera with me when I walk out. As I crossed the bridge into town the sky was jet black & the white of the houses really shone! On the way back there was a rainbow. No snow though! Is that a railway line in the fifth picture?

      • The scenery you describe would make me eager to capture the moment too, Ash. My camera weighs 240 grams and I always carry it with me.
Yes it is a railway line in the fifth picture. The locals call the train for The Pig. It runs through a very beautiful valley and stops at eight stations. If you walk along the river you will enjoy the very old culture of Denmark. Namely one of Denmark’s oldest industrial landscape and has therefore been nicknamed “The industry’s Cradle”. Mølleåen is one of the best preserved examples of the exploitation of hydropower as an energy source.
You can go by the train into the valley and take a stroll along the river back to where you came from if you are not that much for physical activity 🙂
        All the best,
        Hanna
Write me if you need more information, Ash 🙂
