I’m a bit too late for the Christmas greetings. Loved the video, but I couldn’t understand a word of it.
All the best, Alen
Lovely to hear from you, Alen. Better late than never. Jullerup Færgeby is still a hit even though it is an old advent calendar. Some sentences have had their own significance in the Danish language. There is a boy called Anton. Anton’s trousers always cracks, perhaps because he has too much going on. ‘You have cracked your pants’ verb used in the wrong inflection in Danish. People remember such a sentence.
All the best,
Hanna
Your photographs are absolutely lovely! Sublime. Happy & Healthy New Year to you!
Thank you, Cindy. It was a great joy being there in the snow ❤ 🙂
Best wishes for the new year to come for you and your family.
All the best,
Hanna
The more I read about your country the more I want to visit. I must make some plans now that the days are lengthening!
Yes, Ash the days are lengthening I thought of that while enjoying the sun and the frost today. What a lovely time ❤
I will keep you updated with information about travelling in Denmark.

Did you know that you can leave Belfast at 13.40 and be in Copenhagen at 19.00 with one hour stop over in London?
¡Felices Fiestas, querida Hanna!
Hanna
Fortsatt god jul ønskes deg her også, Hanna! 🙂

Merry Christmas, Hanna! Have a cozy Christmas Eve and Lovely Christmas Day!
How lovely to hear from you, Alexander. I wish you a Merry Christmas and some wonderful holidays too 🙂
All the best from here,
Hanna
Happy Christmas & thank you for all your wonderful photographs & tales
Thank you so much, Ash 🙂 And thank you for making it worth posting ❤
Merry Christmas to you and your family
Strange how your photograph above makes me feel! It looks cold & everything is clear & sharply in focus; but it will be warm inside the cabin perhaps even the smell of food cooking. It’s exciting, a journey to somewhere new, maybe a holiday; but it could be sad too, perhaps a departure, a parting, leaving!
I know that feeling, Ash. But let me tell you that this ferry is a cozy experience. and I want to keep my focus on happy trips.
This ferry sails to a little island in the middle of Holbæk fjord. Orø is the name of the island.
On a summer day it’s a lovely 30 minutes break surrounded by small boats and with an an idyllic view to the coastline consisting of beach and forests, small cottages and campgrounds, fishing lodges and smokehouses and of course small towns hidden in between hills and trees.
Now you started me, Ash 🙂 I have to do a post about that too.
All the best,
Hanna Orø
