The view of Hjelm’s Bay

I visited the countryside yesterday. Ninety kilometers south of Copenhagen.
Tranquillity only disturbed by the wind in the trees, the murmur of small waves and good friends laughing.
The two small dots you can see in the water are anglers 🙂

Hjelm’s Bay, Moen.

    • I know you would highly appreciate it, Jo.
Further more you can go sailing with small ferries in a stunningly environment if you get tired in the legs or it’s a day when we have a heat wave 🙂 🙂

    • Thanks a lot, Montucky.
Facing the sea lies a beautiful beech forest. You reach the sea via a narrow path sloping down towards the beach. It’s like walking towards a clearing in the forest, but it’s the sea and not a meadow that lies in front of you. We were met by the light coolness of the sea, the clean air and the heat of the spring sun, loveliness 🙂

    • Yesterday was extraordinaire, Holly. An awesome place, Moen with deserted beaches and a very clean environment ❤

    • Thank you, Mathilda ❤ 🙂
"Why is it that scuba divers and surfers are some of the strongest advocates of ocean conservation? Because they've spent time in and around the ocean, and they've personally seen the beauty, the fragility, and even the degradation of our planet's blue heart."
