     If I’m messing about in large detours I just limits my purchase. Improvisation is wonderful. Never let a purchase spoil a beautiful walk!!! 🙂

8. So beautiful pictures, Hanna! 🙂 The canal boats look cozy, certainly an experience to go with them. Nice photo on the Great Crested Grebe. They are so beautiful. Skäggdopping på svenska. 🙂

   • Years back I watched a pair of grebes. Some people walk by and one of them breaks out, oh no, it’s got the wing broken. They are really happy when I tell them that the grebe chicks are getting a free ride on the parent’s back. When they are getting a ride it looks terrible cute.
     That’s a great Swedish name for the birds, John, Skäggdopping 🙂
     The boats are very popular. I did a long walk with a friend once and we just reached the boat before its last departure. Then we were able to sail home that was absolutely eminent. Now we could enjoy the ride on the large Furesø and see glimpses of the path we walked on on our way out.

    • Suzanne, there are so many advantages by walking. The experience of scents, trees and shrubs that bloom (that is, if it’s warm enough 🙂 ), the light, the experiences and a better health.
