Photografher Terje Sorgjerd, El Teide and the Milky Way

Terje Sorgjerd loves the nature. I think it appears from the brilliant work he has done with still images and videos.

Terje was on Tenerife in 2011 to work. His goal was to make a film about the highest mountain in Spain, El Teide in conjunction with the Milky Way. You may very vell love ‘The Mountain’ as much as I do.

A friend of Terje, Ludovico Einaudi has written the music: “Nuvole bianche”

  1. This video is amazing, wonderful beautiful and more. The music goes very well with it!

    • I couldn’t agree more, Resa. I’m a very big fan of Terje. The music is beautiful too ❤
      Happy 'Working Moments' 🙂
      All the best,
      Hanna

    • Thanks Alen. I’ve been on Teide once. We went up in a hired car. Nearly ended dawn in a crash on the mountainside due to ice covered road, exiting though 🙂 Staying overnight must be an awesome experience.
      All the best,
      Hanna

      • Be careful. I hope to climb Teide one day. I have climbed the highest mountain on the Spanish mainland, which is Mulhacen, but Teide is Spain also – and higher.

  2. ¡Qué maravillosa noche estrellada! Y que preciosa sucesión del día y la noche. La luz de Canarias es tan limpia que permite ver más alla. 🙂

    • You’re right it must be a unique experience to be on the mountain at night and see the stars so clearly. Terje also tells that a sandstorm in the Sahara coloured the light red, but the Milky Way could be seen through the sand nevertheless 🙂 ❤
