  1. Green and nature therapy is a real thing and contributes to overall wellbeing! We must do what we can to protect our natural outdoor spaces from the effect of climate change and human behaviour.

  3. We certainly need more greenery around us! I worked in London for many years & thankfully I was near the River Thames as there were a few good little parks all along the river banks! City life with its high rise buildings & constant “never sleeps” lifestyle is not good for both our physical & mental well being. Of course, it is not good for the well being of the flora & fauna either.
PS. I read recently that the rowers in the annual boat race between Oxford vs Cambridge universities were advised NOT to enter the river! Thames Water Co. have been dumping sewage into the river & levels of E.coli were high! Absolutely shocking!
