A walk in The Danish Switzerland.
A nick name for the hilly woods in Ravnholm.
“Snow was falling,
so much like stars
filling the dark trees
that one could easily imagine
its reason for being was nothing more
than prettiness.”

I didn’t see you 🙂 🙂
Switzerland is a big place… 😊
🙄 of course it is! 😊
I love it when there is powdery snow and orange leaves.
Powdery snow is second to none, Leya 😊
Agree!
Does everywhere have. “Switzerland”?
I hope so. Nice with hilly landscape 😎
I’ve been to Suisse Normande in France and Little aswitzerland in Shropshire!
The Swiss landscape is famous indeed 🙂
Beautiful! It reminds me of Pyeongchang in Korea. 🙂
I’m glad you enjoyed my walk 😊
Beautiful photo and poem, Hanna.
All the best.
Thank you, Isabel

One of my favourite poets, Mary Oliver died at home on Thursday 17th January aged 83. Along with many others I will miss her dearly. She wrote:-
I want to step through the door full of curiosity, wondering:
what is it going to be like, that cottage of darkness?
Ashley
Hi Ash. I know! She became a favourite poet of mine too!
Very nice photo! I feel the scene perfectly matched with the poem.
Thank you so much. Nature and poetry suit each other perfectly ❤
