The gentle hum of vitality courses through the natural world, announcing the dawn of a new day. A Tufted duck, whoopers, and mute swans have sought shelter from the violent storm last night. But at the same time, Winter aconite and Snowdrops bloom and give hope for a budding spring.

The white flowers remind me of the lady’s slipper flower.
The orchid plant, Lady Slippers, is very rare in Denmark, and is only found in Skørping in Jutland. I’ll have to settle for the Snowdrops 🙂🙂
Lady Slippers were plentiful on the east coast when I was a child, but they are listed as endangered now. The Snowdrops are very nice, thanks for sharing.
